Who We Are
The panel is a collaboration of decision makers from across Canada that have agreed to provide ongoing feedback on a number of relevant issues pertaining to human resources in tourism. Panel members work in organizations large and small and represent all five tourism industry groups. Panellists come from a wide range of businesses including casual & fine dining restaurants, bed & breakfasts, amusement parks & arcades, historic sites, rental agencies, and tour operators among others.

Looking Ahead
The Workplace Matters panel is still being built. Eventually, 2,000 members of Canada’s tourism sector will be represented here. This will help the CTHRC identify and respond to the legislative, operational, and occupational issues that are currently impacting the workforce, and/or will affect human resources in the tourism sector in the future.
