  • March 10 2010 Full Limit Selling - Advanced Sales Techniques

    Full Limit Selling is a combination of facilitation of business development planning and personal selling technique and skill development. It provides participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to produce a plan to operate a business at full capacity.

    This one day session begins with a top level review of the marketing activities currently in place as sources of new business. And leads into the development of the marketing engine required to drive sufficient new business contacts to operate at Full Limit capacity.

    The balance of the program is focused on specific sales skills and techniques to increase the number of leads converted to customers as well as increasing the speed for lead conversion. It is idea for instilling a sales culture at a top level or hands on for people directly involved in sales management or personal selling.

    This combination of structured review and analysis, facilitated discussion and idea generation, and practical hands on selling tools and techniques, is intended to provide an action plan to move forward and increase the current benchmark level of performance towards the goal of Full Limit Selling.
