go2 was created by the British Columbia tourism industry in 2003, on the recommendation of an 18-month task force involving more than 100 industry representatives and stakeholders around the province, to deal with the labour shortage and other HR issues in the tourism sector. Through its programs and services go2, an independent, non-profit industry association, assists BC’s tourism industry to recruit, retain and train employees to support industry growth.
