The Alliance of Sector Councils (TASC)

The Alliance of Sector Councils (TASC) is a coordinating body formed of some 29 sector councils. Sector councils bring together representatives from business, labour, education, and other professional groups in a neutral forum in order to comprehensively and cooperatively analyze and address sector-wide human resource issues.

The mission of TASC is as follows: to promote the value of sector councils, provide a forum for these councils, assist councils in linking to governments and other relevant organizations, and to collectively carry out sector council decisions of common interest.
